NEEDS: Our acclaimed journal Paradigm is published four times a year online. An
anthology celebrating the year's best submissions is published in print. We are
looking for a wide range of quality fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art for our issues.

ONLINE SUBMISSIONS: Please send all manuscripts in either Microsoft Word
(.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf).

RESTRICTIONS: No fiction or nonfiction that exceeds 3,500 words, or more than
three (3) poems at a time. We are not considering longer manuscripts, such as
novellas, novels, or books of poetry, at this time. If sending artwork or photography,
be sure you do not exceed 5 MB in size; high-resolution (i.e. larger sizes) will be
accepted if we are interested.

DEADLINES & ADDRESSES: We operate on a first-received, first-read basis. Feel
free to submit your work to Paradigm at any time, though we cannot guarantee
inclusion within any given issue. The editorial staff reserves the right to consider
submissions for a later issue. The current deadline is Saturday, July 19, 2008 for our
third issue of 2008. Mail submissions to: Rain Farm Press, P.O. Box 6322,
Columbus, OH 43206, or to submissions@rainfarmpress.com. Also, be sure to
indicate whether your work is fiction or narrative nonfiction.

SIMULTANEOUS SUBMISSIONS: We allow simultaneous submissions to other
journals so long as they are indicated as such. If accepted elsewhere, please notify
us immediately.

NOTIFICATIONS & QUERIES: Once a submission is received, we will send you a
notification of receipt. Expect eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt for word of
our decision.

PAYMENT: We do not pay for submissions. We only publish and promote work.
